About

IT Support Engineer with 10+ years professional enterprise experience across UK&EU.

I am a professional, confident, enthusiastic, and very committed and self-motivated IT Contractor. I am good with meeting deadlines and work well under pressure.
I have excellent IT skills and I am always willing to learn more.
My experience in IT support is wide and varied, including troubleshooting (on and off site), MSP, Field Support and Project work. I have also provided 1st/2nd Line Service desk support and have developed excellent technical and interpersonal skills as a result.
All my experience is gained working in the United Kingdom for some big players and leaders in the field. I have also done a short contract in Malta for a national health care hospital. I hold CompTIA A+ and ITILv3 certification.
I am always keen to learn new things and like to keep very up to date on technology to ensure that I am always doing the best job I can.

Work Terms

I can work part time or full time, this can be in any time zone but i prefer US/CA/AU/NZ time zones. I would prefer Mon-Friday contract but i can do weekend cover from time to time or on the Rota. Payment can be done via bank transfer or PayPal.
