My key competencies include, but are not limited to, maintaining financial records, managing budgets, risk assessments, data entry, leadership ability to inspire and empower others, and building super team; Strong interpersonal communication skill and ability to effectively liaise with government, community leaders, donors and, stakeholders and clients; Experience working in a multi-cultural setting and commitment to promoting teamwork in gender equality perspective.
The Skills and experiences I have gained in a variety of setting, combine with character dependability, reliability and ethic of hard work make me positive fit for several roles. I will adapt quickly to the requirement of the task.
Work Terms
My working hour is flexible. It starts from 8 am to 11 pm Indonesian time. It depend on the projects and it time line.
The payment method is using wire transfer or PayPall.
I prefer interactive communication through email or skype in reaching good perception between both parties to finish the projects in good quality result.
