NG Cloud Security was founded by Devendra Singh with a vision to provide businesses with cutting-edge cloud security, cybersecurity, and IT consulting services. Since its inception, the company has focused on empowering organizations to operate securely, efficiently, and in compliance with modern IT standards.

Over the years, NG Cloud Security has expanded its presence across India and Dubai, serving a diverse portfolio of clients across industries, including finance, healthcare, energy, and technology. Our journey began with offering managed IT services and Microsoft 365 support, and we quickly grew into providing comprehensive cybersecurity solutions, cloud migrations, and Zero Trust security implementations.

Work Terms

Work Terms – NG Cloud Security

1. Scope of Work
All services provided will be clearly defined in the project proposal or agreement, including deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities. Any additional services outside the agreed scope will require a separate discussion and approval.

2. Communication & Reporting
Regular updates will be provided via email, calls, or virtual meetings as agreed. Critical issues or incidents will be reported immediately, and progress reports will be shared periodically.

3. Response & Support

Standard response time: within 24 hours for queries and issues.

Urgent or critical issues: immediate attention and prioritized resolution.

Support availability can be tailored based on the agreed service level (e.g., 24×7 SOC support).

4. Payment Terms

Payment will be as per the agreed proposal or invoice schedule.

Standard payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, or online payment gateways.

Late payments may attract interest as defined in the agreement.

5. Confidentiality & Data Protection
All client information, data, and credentials are strictly confidential. NG Cloud Security adheres to industry-standard security practices and compliance requirements to protect sensitive information.

6. Revisions & Change Requests
Any changes to the project scope, deliverables, or timelines must be communicated in writing. Additional work may require adjustments to the timeline and fees.

7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with prior notice as specified in the contract. Any work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.

8. Liability & Warranty
NG Cloud Security ensures professional and quality service. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the services rendered. Any warranty or guarantee will be explicitly defined in the project agreement.
