I have been in the medical field for over 13 years and have had the wonderful opportunity to gain topnotch experience by having worked with some of the most prestigious companies there are. I have worked in pretty much every role in the healthcare clinic and hospital setting. I began as a scheduler setting, confirming and canceling appointments to front desk clerk checking in patients and verifying insurance and eventually working my way to accounts receivable and revenue cycle specialist, an area I have come to love. So it is pretty safe to say that I am knowledgeable when it comes to the cash flow of the medical clinic and hospital setting.

In my years of working in this field I have gain much knowledge on making sure to do everything possible to ensure that the physician/facility is reimbursed adequately for the services rendered. Including appealing wrongly denied or improperly paid claims. Also to ensure to bill the highest level of specificity as possible. My knowledge includes building as well as submitting clean claims to go out to the insurance carrier and following up on claims that are taking longer than usual to finalize and receive payment on. I have experience in gaining and maintaining provider contracts with health carriers and also with setting up approved payment arrangement with patients when necessary.
