Experienced technical writer / proofreader / documentation specialist

Hello! I'm Nicole Gogel. I'm a technical writer with 11 years' experience creating end-user documentation for different industries. Documentation includes: manuals, guides, reports, articles, FAQs, and even tool tips for software UI/UX. Technical writing is exciting because each new experience is a chance to learn something new, whether it is a new industry, product, or skill. My own skills include conducting research and editing documents for accuracy in order to clearly and concisely communicate complex information to non-technical audiences. They can also be used for blogs, blurbs, and blergs (that last one isn't real but if you want to make it real, I can help communicate it to your audience). With my experience also comes a flair for formatting and use of images and graphics to support your project. Software I have experience with includes Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, Google Docs, RoboHelp, Zendesk, and ScreenSteps.
