Hi, I am Nikhil Jain, a "ResearcherPreneur" - A person with research as a learned skill and entrepreneurship as inculcated passion, pursuing both simultaneously to solve problems and accomplish goals for benefit of society.
My PhD is on an experimental and numerical investigation on complex fractures in shale, optimisation and control of fracture propagation and also on fluid-rock interaction. Further, I am working on CO2 Sequestration and ECBM. I am aiming at a whole to design a sustainable method and develop a better understanding.
Having an inlined interest towards Innovation, I am also working on empowering the Researchers and Entrepreneurial community (Researchpreneurs) to inspire a larger audience with their phenomenal journey towards achieving beautiful innovations and inventions.
I have few more interest, I am working along:
1. Solving issues of parking spaces by developing an efficient futuristic parking assembly & an automated system to alleviate the problem of parking and traffic congestion in future.
2. Designing an AI and Machine learning based platform for developing a Smart Digital Marketing Process to disrupt the area of Online Marketing and Advertisements.
3. Being Socially responsible, I am trying to understand the food wastes from smaller to larger scales from different sources in a region to build a localised system of food waste management and utilisation resulting decrease of starvation by mass and energy wastes.
I hold good part-time experiences from past three years in Digital and Social media growth planning for startups and businesses of varied domains and scale. I help many startups in marketing and branding activities as a Digital & Social Media Ideator, Growth Hacker or Digital Growth and SEO Strategist.

Work Terms
I work based on project needs and type. I take minimum of 5 hrs job and I do it to make the customer satisfied as money is secondary but reputation is of prime importance.
