Work Terms

1.Scope of Work
- Services include concept design, space planning, 2D drawings, mood boards 3D designs, and material/finish recommendations.

2. Deliverables
- Standard deliverables: mood boards, CAD drawings, 3D renders, and presentation decks.
- Two (2) rounds of revisions are included. Further revisions or new design directions will be charged separately.

3. Timeline
- Project timelines are defined at the start and depend on timely client feedback.
- Delays in approvals or responses may extend the completion date.

4. Payment Terms
- Work commences upon receipt of a 40% advance payment.
- Remaining fees are divided into milestone payments (concept approval, mid‑stage, final delivery).
- All payments are processed through the freelancing platform’s secure system.
- Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Intellectual Property
- All designs remain the property of the designer until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, the client receives usage rights for the agreed project scope.
- The designer retains the right to showcase the work in their portfolio and marketing materials.

6. Revisions & Extras
- Minor adjustments are considered revisions; major redesigns are treated as new work.
- Additional renders, branding services will be billed separately.

7. Confidentiality
- Client information, project details, and proprietary data will remain confidential.

8. Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
- The client is responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date.

9. Communication
- Communication will be conducted via the freelancing app.
- Standard response time is within 24–48 hours.
