Senior Software Developer and Team Leader for 10 people within R&D department at Indas.
As one of first members of this department I earned trust of company stakeholders and managed to establish productive relations on both sides of the aisle (with organization leadership and R&D team members).
My daily tasks are managing ongoing projects, task delegation, software solution design, key problem solving, communication with clients, report delivery to clients and stakeholders, and code writing mostly in C#, Java and Action Script (Adobe Flex).
Excels in people management; understanding each team member's technical skills, goals and personality. This is critical for building positive and productive office atmosphere, but also for constructing challenging, yet attainable MBOs for each team member. My strength is solving conflicts, as well as creating environment where those are prevented and team members succeed.
Solving critical problems in life cycle of software development is one of the most motivating events in my daily life. I often facilitate brain storming sessions with live discussion between team members. Willing to accept opinions and apply solutions from any member if I find them effective. Knowledge sharing among team members is encouraged and rewarded.
My free time I devote to my wife and son. I also enjoy spending time with friends and many of them are my co-workers. Outgoing, sociable, open minded, yet calm and pragmatic
