Have knowledge in Project Management, Monitoring and Scheduling; Contracts Engineering;
Program Evaluation Review Technique Critical Path Method (PERT CPM); and Construction of S-curve.
With good understanding of Guidelines in Estimating, Standard Specifications and Overview of Cost Estimation, Estimating Bill of Materials, ACEL Rate 2014, Structural Steel Handbook.
Familiar with the International Building Code.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
• Quantity takeoff calculations for Feasibility Studies and Detailed Engineering Design in excel spreadsheets, including electrical and mechanical works for small projects
• Rebar and Concrete cutting list in excel spreadsheets with drawings and illustrations
• Prepares backup calculations of as staked items for billing in excel spreadsheets
• Prepares detailed Unit Price Analysis of pay items included in the Bill of Quantities of Projects
• Prepares the detailed Bill of Quantities of projects
• Prepares design criteria and standard specifications of projects
• Canvass material prices from suppliers
