I am a Civil Engineer and an estimator, structural designer, and a building planner. I have been in the construction industry since 1999 up until today. I am a former site engineer, a former project engineer, and lately from 2017 to 2020 a project manager. Some of the projects that I was involved with are mostly ground zero projects like aircraft hangars, bus bays, resorts and hotels, town houses and high end houses. I am proficient in Microsoft, Planswift estimate software, AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, and STAAD structural design software, and I have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Work Terms

I can work with your per hour rate with a maximum of 8 hours per day from Monday to Friday based on the approved rate per hour. Or per project basis with payments based on milestones achieved. Payment will be done in accordance to the site's regulation and approval. We can communicate through the site or Skype or emails as long as the site approves it.
