Dependent upon the project, I would expect 20% to be place in trust with Guru.com That 20% to be released immediately At that time I would expect 30 % of the total in be placed in escrow with Guru. This would be release at the time of the first draft is submitted. No additional payment would be required until the project is completed to the satisfaction of the employer or 2 redrafts have been submitted.
