Work Terms

1. Communication:
All project discussions will be handled through Guru’s messaging system for transparency and documentation. Video calls can be scheduled upon request.

2. Project Scope & Requirements:
A clear brief is required before starting: sketches, reference images, dimensions, style preferences, or CAD files (if available). Any changes beyond the original scope may be subject to additional fees.

3. Deliverables:

High-quality 3D models (format as agreed: .skp, .obj, .fbx, .max, etc.)

Renders/images (JPEG/PNG)

Optional: 360° views or walkthroughs (if requested)

4. Revisions:
Up to 2–3 minor revisions are included, depending on the package. Major changes after approval of the design may require additional time and cost.

5. Turnaround Time:
Project timelines vary based on complexity. A typical model takes 3–7 business days. Rush delivery available for an additional fee.

6. Payment Terms:
50% upfront to begin work, 50% upon final delivery. Milestone payments can be arranged for larger projects.

7. File Ownership:
Final files will be delivered upon full payment. All intellectual property rights will be transferred to the client once the project is complete and paid in full.

8. Confidentiality:
Client privacy and project confidentiality are respected and guaranteed.
