A Prudent Professional with a commitment to work for the prosperity of data science in our country.

I am a HR professional and sort a all rounder person. I felt that my current career path has some limitation and I was not able to materialize few skills in its fullest potential. Since freelancing offers variety in/of task that you do in terms of industry, scale etc I believe I can scrap a little more and bring more versatility in my skills. This is my personal professional mantra and it leads to my personal fulfillment that is I am beyond a single job role, as a full timer I found it hard to achieve. Its the reason every freelancer is here. I believe you deliver quality and achieve task on deadline.

Nonetheless my current skill set level in any arena weather writing, HR, data processing is because of the opportunities I have so far. I completely adores the experiences because in-fact they have made me proficient and these skills will contribute towards my aspiration to work as a freelancer. I have good data handling or processing skills since I have managed large amount of data in my previous jobs data analysis, data entry , presentation, etc. I have managed data of 700 teachers in one o my jobs from archiving to filing, important to be presented for strategic decision making. Because of this I always had to come up with data processing solution weather excel based or complex ERP etc.I recently managed a freelancing of more than 700 campaign for a digital marketing agency. A rough draft is uploaded as portfolio.

I like reading, fiction or non-fiction but I mostly had exposure to books and articles. I am experienced in business writing but has precisely developed interest in writing fiction as I mostly read novels. So far I have done few random freelancing of content writing for few websites and the other pre-requisite I fulfill for writing fiction is that I read a lot. But to take it to another level I have got few training lately which have provided a great insight and developed my skills in fiction writing. I am now confident I can pick up assignments.

Work Terms

I prefer to work early morning time. I get up 6:00 am to start the day. I believe that works well as a freelancer to meat deadline on time. I prefer to be paid based on milestone as it brings more confidence to employer and in yourself well. I am open to be paid on hourly rate or fixed it depends on assignment. I am still open to negotiate terms of appointment and flexible for any sort of adjustment but not beyond the regular freelancing terms or condition kept by guru.com.
I am open for all sorts of communication email, phone, on Skype or whats app. But I will like to suggest that based on the nature of the task as well. In any way if the nature of the job requires any specific mode I will be open to adjust it accordingly. But to clarify it cannot be beyond my preferred working time. However, urgent communication shall be addressed. I am capable to cater any special communication need if arise.
