Work Terms

We operate from Mondays to Fridays 9am to 6pm. We have a support staff who will be available at your service to answer all your queries regarding the status of your transcription project, any changes in the formatting of transcripts or any query about our transcription services.

Payments: We prefer payment through Guru’s SafePay, and payment is expected within 7 days of project completion.

Satisfaction Guarantee: Your satisfaction is guaranteed. In the unlikely event that a project is not completed according to your specifications, it will be redone at no additional cost to you.
