Syafika Artika is a highly motivated and competent project manager specialist in Property & Development project. With her position now as a Project Manager in one of the prominent public listed developer in Malaysia, she was entrusted with overseeing the Asset and land management, Facility Management Project and Technology development. To date, she has accumulated over five years of experience, especially in the constructions industry.

Syafika Artika started her career in 2013 as a project engineer, and her portfolio is mainly in Project Management specialising in Blasting and painting technology in Oil and gas industry. Then, she joined a contractor firm specialising in the construction industry as a senior project engineer. She was involved in various projects focusing on design, monitoring work progress on site, preparation of business proposal and tender submission and as well as site management. One of her main project involvements was building the service apartment, semi-D and terrace house, international school, renovating the factory, and drainage project all around Malaysia.

Syafika Artika graduated from the University Technology Malaysia with a Master of Engineering degree (Construction Management) and National Defence University of Malaysia, with a Bachelor of Engineering degree (B.E. Mech). She is a registered professional Engineer with Board of Engineers, Malaysia (BEM) and Institution of Engineers, Malaysia (IEM), Member of Malaysia Board of Technologist (MBoT) and Certified QLassic Assessor by CIDB Malaysia.
