Harry T did a GREAT job on my stylesheet (CSS) and would NOT quit until I was satisfied. End result, he delivered what I needed on time and on budget.
Although NOT from the US, his English is GREAT and he was able to understand my requirements.
Additionally, he works in US Time Zones which made it easy to communicate about the project and complete the project by my deadline.
Will use again and recommend others do the same!
