MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS
ITE PROJECT (IRAN – TURKEY – EUROPE ) GAS PIPELINE PROJECT (2014-2017):
Project consist 1800 km 56” natural gas pipeline with annual delivery of 35 billion cubic meter by 7 compressor stations each includes 5 compressors and 5 of 55 MW gas turbines. Total CAPEX of project is 6 billion USD. I have worked as Project Controls Team Lead engineer and Contract Manager for Detail Engineering Contractor Company. Within that project I was responsible for:
# In early project phase : Development of Project specific Scheduling Plan, Quality Plan, Project Execution Plan, Schedule monitoring & monthly progress report plan, Risk Management Plan Cost Controlling Plan, HAZOP & HAZID Plan, Procurement Plan, IT Plan, Document Management Plan and assigning team members. Reviewing consortium contract and reporting to board prior to signing.

o Contract management: Aligning engineering team’s work packages to ensure contracted scope of works are covered within the packages.
