Work Terms

1. Login & Security

I do not accept login credentials . User must be granted via a Shopify Collaborator Request or a limited Staff Account. This protects both your store's security and my liability.

For Google Merchant Center tasks, I require "Grand" user login to the relevant userr.

2. Scope of Work & Revisions

The price covers the exact scope defined in the project brief.

Revisions: I include 1 rounds of revisions for design/layout tweaks.

Scope Creep: Any additional features or design changes requested after the project has started will be billed as a separate milestone or hourly ($XX/hour).

3. Code Safety & Backups

Non-Destructive Guarantee: I write code that does not interfere with your core theme files.

Backups: I always create a duplicate of your live theme before making any changes. If you or another developer modify the code during my work process, I am not responsible for conflicts.

4. Google Merchant Center (GMC) Policy

While I use expert techniques to fix feed errors and appeal suspensions, Google makes the final decision. No developer can guarantee a 100% unsuspension rate if your business model fundamentally violates Google's policies (e.g., Drop-shipping low-quality items, counterfeit goods). In such cases, the audit fee is non-refundable.

5. Communication & Hours

I am based in the GMT+3 (Istanbul) time zone.

I value deep work; therefore, I prefer asynchronous communication via platform messages. I aim to respond to all inquiries within 12-24 hours.
