OCE was founded in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada in 2007 by a husband and wife team who believed that business could be done a Better Way. They believed that happy employees would, in turn, make happy customers…that big company business could be done with small company feel…that if you do the right things, you get the right things.
Based on these core beliefs we have grown with our customers to become one of the largest design consulting firms serving the land based drilling rig industry in North America, while successfully maintaining that “small company” feel and efficiency. We boast of happy employees and happy customers and we continue to get great results, doing things differently.
