Work Terms

Availability
I operate Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (WAT). I maintain a structured workflow to ensure consistency, timely delivery, and focused attention on each project. Communication outside these hours will be attended to at the earliest opportunity.
Communication
I prioritize clear, professional, and proactive communication. All project discussions, updates, and revisions are handled through written channels to ensure accuracy, accountability, and proper documentation. Clients can expect regular progress updates at agreed intervals.
Payment Structure
Projects are handled through milestone-based payments aligned with defined deliverables. Work commences upon confirmation of the initial milestone. Subsequent milestones are released upon completion and approval of each phase. For larger or long-term engagements, a structured payment plan may be agreed upon in advance.
Project Approach
Each engagement begins with a clear understanding of objectives, audience, and desired outcomes. I place strong emphasis on aligning with your voice, refining your ideas, and structuring your content to achieve clarity, coherence, and impact.
Revisions
Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions within the agreed scope to ensure alignment with expectations. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the initial agreement may be treated as separate deliverables.
Confidentiality
All client information, materials, and project content are handled with strict confidentiality. Your intellectual property remains secure, and discretion is maintained at every stage of the engagement.
