Work Terms

1. Hours of Operation:
• I am available for work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM [GMT +1]. I can also work in other time zones on request and mutual agreement.
• Weekends and holidays are reserved for urgent projects or by prior arrangement.

2. Communication:
• I prefer communication via electronic mails for initial inquiries and project discussions.
• Once a project is underway, I am available for regular updates and feedback sessions via electronic mails, or Zoom.
• I strive to respond to all messages within 12 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

3. Payment Terms:
• Payment is accepted via bank transfer, Payoneer or any other mutually agreed payment method.
• For projects exceeding $100, a 50% payment is required to initiate work, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
• For smaller projects, full payment is due upon project completion.
• All payment terms are negotiable and subject to mutual agreement.

4. Revisions and Refunds:
• I am committed to ensuring your satisfaction with the final deliverables.
• Revisions are included in the project fee, provided they fall within the scope of the original project brief.
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, with the aim of finding a mutually satisfactory resolution in the event of dissatisfaction.

5. Confidentiality:
• I understand the importance of confidentiality and respect the privacy of all client information.
• Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) can be provided upon request to safeguard sensitive information.

6. Project Timeline:
• Project timelines will be agreed upon before the commencement of work, taking into account the complexity and scope of the project.
• I strive to meet all agreed-upon deadlines and will communicate promptly if any delays are anticipated.
