Work Terms

1. Payment Structure:

Fixed-Price Projects: For specific tasks (e.g., drafting an NDA or a Privacy Policy), I require 100% of the project fee to be funded via Guru SafePay before work commences. This ensures security for both parties.

Hourly Projects: For ongoing legal support or research, I bill weekly via Guru’s system.

2. Communication & Availability:

I am available for communication Monday through Friday via Guru’s messaging platform. I aim to respond to all inquiries within 12–24 hours.

Consultation calls can be scheduled via the Guru platform for project onboarding or complex strategy sessions.

3. Revisions & Edits:

Every project includes two (2) rounds of revisions at no extra cost, provided the requests are within the original scope of work. My goal is 100% client satisfaction and legal precision.

4. Confidentiality & Data Security:

As a qualified lawyer, I treat all client information with the highest degree of confidentiality. I am happy to sign your standard NDA before reviewing any sensitive documents or case files.

5. Turnaround Time:

Standard delivery for contract drafting is 48–72 hours.

Urgent/Express delivery (under 24 hours) may be available for a premium fee, depending on current capacity.
