Hands-on experience cuts across both recruiting and HR. Began my talent career as a Training & Development Manager at Adidas Group where spearheaded SHINE Program, a new tool that helped newly hired staff to learn more about company and embrace the Brand Ambassadors role. Then joined Banana Republic, where helped to build the management and sales team and then transitioned into leading on-boarding program and labor management function including scheduling and payroll. Shortly right after that, created a management development program for the employees that are interested in becoming leads & managers.

Played an integral role building the philosophy, programs and framework for Human Resources Department at BloomThat through transitioning independent contractors into W2 status keeping company safe and away from courts. Doubled the headcount. Hired more than 81 candidates within a year period, including IT professionals and senior level management. Implemented and created full cycle recruiting process starting with job analysis, description, company HR budget review and not at least posting and on-boarding program.
