I have almost 12 years work experience in Production, Material, Capacity planning and Project management. I am strategic thinker, I have an excellent numerical skills and attention to details, and I really enjoy it.
For 8 years I worked for Shell Russia company, My background includes planning all commissioning activities before commercial start-up of a Plant; and more than 5 years working as a production planner after start-up with permanent increasing of volumes and range of products. Besides that, I am SAP superuser and excellent MS Office user. In addition, I am certified LEAN practitioner experienced in promotion of CI culture and sharing and adoption of best practices.
Furthermore, I am a good performer both individually and in a team, take responsibility and ownership for issues, strongly focused on aligning targets to the business goals and delivering commercial results. I have demonstrated ability to access issues and taking proactive root cause analysis with a strong practical focus on results. I have been recognized for valuable contribution for Shell Russia business in 2017.
