Work Terms

📍 Hours of Operation:
Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm EST for communication. Ads and content are monitored and adjusted as needed, including outside business hours for time-sensitive campaigns.

💳 Payment Terms:

· Monthly retainer packages available (includes strategy, content, management, and reporting)
· Meta Ads management billed at a flat monthly fee or % of ad spend, depending on scope
· Invoices sent monthly via PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer
· 50% deposit required to begin, remainder due upon project completion or monthly in advance for retainers

📞 Preferred Communication:

· Slack or email for ongoing communication
· Weekly check-in calls via Zoom
· Urgent issues: Signal/WhatsApp
· All strategies and reports shared via Google Docs/Sheets or Notion
