3. Availability:
I am available for consultation and project management Monday to Friday, with response times typically within 24 hours. Specific hours can be adjusted based on project requirements.
4. Deliverables:
All project milestones and deliverables will be clearly defined at the start of the project. I provide progress reports, timelines, and status updates to ensure transparency.
5. Revisions & Adjustments:
Project plans and deliverables are flexible to client needs. Minor adjustments are included in the scope; significant changes may require re-evaluation of timelines and costs.
6. Payment Terms:
Payment can be hourly or fixed-rate, depending on the project. 50% upfront is standard for new clients, with the remainder upon project completion or milestone delivery.
7. Confidentiality:
All project details, workflows, and client data are treated as confidential and will not be shared without prior consent.
8. Cancellation Policy:
Projects can be canceled with 7 days’ notice. Work completed up to that point will be billed proportionally.
