Work Terms

Availability:
I am available for both short-term and long-term projects. I can commit to deadlines agreed upon in advance and offer prompt, professional communication throughout each project.

Translation Services Include:
• English to Arabic translation
• Arabic to English translation

• Localization for specific Arabic-speaking regions upon request

Delivery:
All projects will be delivered in the agreed format (Word, PDF, or others) and within the mutually agreed deadline. Rush services are available upon request and may be subject to additional fees.

Payment Terms:
• Payments can be made securely through Guru’s SafePay system.
• For fixed-price projects: 50% upfront deposit and 50% upon completion.
• For hourly projects: time will be tracked through Guru’s WorkRoom, and invoices will be sent weekly or upon milestone completion.
• Additional revisions (outside the agreed scope) may incur extra charges, depending on the complexity.

Confidentiality:
I guarantee the confidentiality of all documents and information shared with me. Legal and personal documents will be handled with the highest level of privacy and professionalism.

Communication:
I am available via Guru messages, email, and, if required, video calls for project discussions and clarifications.
