I am in construction Industry for the last 34+ years. I have been working as Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager in Auckland for the last 10 years, before I worked in United Arab Emirates. I am qualified in Bachelor of Construction in Quantity Surveying and Bachelor of Construction in Construction Management from Auckland New Zealand and Civil Engineer from India as well.

With my experience in Quantity Surveying services, I have been the Full Memeber (MNZIQS) and with my Project Manager's experience on various projects I also enjoy being a Licensed Building Practitioner New Zealand (LBP-S2).

I provide my QS & PM services to my clients such as , Developers, Investors, Private Home Owners and Builders for all their residential and commercial construction needs for Budgetting, estimation, feasibility reports, cost plans, contracts adminstration, payment claims, contract administration, variations and closing/ final accounts.

Work Terms

I know Quantity Surveying work is alwyas time bound so I make sure to complete the assigned job on time as I am very good in time management in terms of various jobs if happens to be on the same date or time.
To be honest and create a mutual trust with my Clients I prefer to take 50% money in advance for total job order (confirmed Quotation) and remaining 50% of the payment can be received 50% upon the final completion of the contract work.
