Response & Communication: I respond to all messages within 24 hours on business days. All project discussions are conducted via Guru messaging or scheduled calls to maintain clear records and seamless collaboration.

Project Scope: My focus includes digital marketing strategy, campaign design, GoHighLevel (GHL) automation setup, CRM optimization, lead generation systems, workflow creation, and business growth consulting. Deliverables outside the agreed scope may require additional discussion and adjustments to timelines or fees.

Revisions & Feedback: Each deliverable includes up to two rounds of revisions to ensure alignment with your goals and expectations. Additional revisions beyond this may incur extra charges, which will always be communicated upfront. Constructive feedback is encouraged and helps achieve optimal outcomes.

Payment Terms: I operate on a milestone-based system via Guru. Standard terms are 50% upfront, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion. For larger or ongoing projects, customized milestone plans can be agreed upon to ensure mutual trust and satisfaction.

Confidentiality & Data Security: All client data, business strategies, and proprietary information shared during the project are kept strictly confidential. I treat each client’s business with the same care and discretion as my own.
