I own and operate a small design and consulting firm, OpenFab PDX. With a background in product design engineering, I help my customers move quickly from idea to physical object using modern digital design and fabrication technology.
I'm a lover of process, and employ a consistent design process when approaching new problems. My skills will be best utilized if you present a problem rather than a solution. Shoot, I'll almost guarantee that by working together we can come up with a better product!
I also offer design review services -- in particular I like to answer the question: how can this be made better with 3D printing? My extensive background in design for 3D printing gives me the ability to quickly identify opportunities to improve your product with 3D printing in a way that is functional and production ready.
