  First and foremost, Mr. Hildebrandt is simply excellent to work with. From our first communications to the final delivery and payment, he was precise, clear, professional and extremely patient and helpful. I'm sure that I am one the least knowledgable people on the planet when it comes to computers, but he took that in stride and walked me through everything. Ok, lets talk fast, if you look at the dates you'll see what I'm talking about.   I had the oddest request, and wondered if anyone would step up and be able to figure out my issues. Theodore did, and within minutes of our first contact, he had everything planned out and understood.
