Maintenance and support for DATA and VOIP infrastructure including hardware and software
Troubleshooting network perfomance and outage
Scheduling upgrade works and maintenance activities in accordance with company managment of change standards
Maximise network perfomance by monitoring system availability, bandwidth utilization
Collaborating with network architects on network optimization
Maintaning and administering perimeter security systems, such as firewalls and IPS
Perform monitoring and analysis of data across the network infrastucture
Development, implementation, monitoring and enforcement of network policy

Work Terms
