I'm a working project manager and software developer, specializing in Excel VBA, with over 20 years of experience developing custom spreadsheet solutions. My focus as a developer is to provide uncommon functionality with an attractive user interface.
Work Terms
For smaller jobs agreement on requirements, deliverables, and terms can be handled over the phone. For larger projects, I use one document to record all aspects of the engagement; I will typically require a retainer of 25%, with the balance due on delivery.
I prefer fixed price projects, to minimize the risk to the customer.
