Work Terms

Hours of Operation: Available Monday–Saturday. I typically respond to messages within a few hours during business days.
Engagement Process: Projects start with a short discovery conversation to understand your current sales process and where leads are being lost. From there I provide a clear scope and timeline before any build work begins — no surprises mid-project.
Payment Terms: Setup work is billed as a fixed project fee, agreed upfront based on scope. Ongoing systems that require monthly maintenance or platform costs are billed as a separate monthly retainer, discussed and agreed before work begins.
Communication: I prefer async communication (message) for day-to-day updates, with a video call for kickoff and any major milestones. I provide regular progress updates rather than going quiet until delivery.
Revisions: Reasonable refinements after delivery are included within an agreed window. Significant scope changes or feature additions outside the original agreement are quoted separately.
What I Need From You: Relevant tools (CRM, calendar, phone/SMS platform if applicable) and clarity on your current sales process. If documentation doesn't exist, a short voice note or call covering the basics works just as well.
