Around 14 years of hands on experience in the area of IT Recruiting (End to End), Client Management, and Consultant Relations

? Recruiting experience understanding the opening, sourcing the right candidate, negotiations, closing the deal and maintaining the candidate in the position.
? Understanding the sourcing needs of the clients and fulfilling them.
? Develop and maintain positive working relationships with Clients, Candidates, Vendors and Colleagues.

? Manage recruiting including: creating job postings, sourcing resumes/candidates, reviewing a high volume of resumes, conducting phone interviews and scheduling interviews and tracking and reporting on candidates and interview data, closing candidates
? Experience in recruiting consultants on Corp-to-Corp, 1099, W2 basis for Contract, Contract-to-Hire and Full-time positions.
? Ability to negotiate the rate with the vendors and consultants.
? Recruited for positions located in different states in US and have a good knowledge on all states with their respective timings.
? Worked extensively with MS-Office: MS Outlook, Word, Excel etc for the purpose of resume formatting and maintaining internal database.
? Achieved good results within a short span of time.
