Work Terms

Work Terms & Engagement Conditions:
All services are provided strictly under a formal Engagement Letter and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), duly signed by both parties before commencement of work. These documents define the scope of services, confidentiality obligations, timelines, and mutual responsibilities to ensure transparency and professional accountability.

Payment Terms:
30% of the agreed fees is payable in advance before the start of the engagement.
70% of the fees is payable at the mid-way stage of the assignment or as mutually agreed in the engagement letter.
Work progresses strictly in accordance with the agreed payment milestones.

Data Privacy & Information Security Practices:
I maintain a robust data privacy and information security framework that complies with international data protection and confidentiality standards applicable across jurisdictions.

Secure Data Handling & File Sharing:
Client data is exchanged only through secure file-sharing platforms such as:

Google Drive
Microsoft OneDrive
Access to files is restricted and controlled at all times.

Data Retention & Deletion Policy:
Upon completion of the assignment, all client data is permanently removed from file-sharing platforms and local systems.
A screen-recorded video proof of data deletion is prepared and shared with the client for complete transparency and assurance.

Cybersecurity Measures:
All systems are protected with licensed enterprise-grade antivirus software (Kaspersky).
Devices are secured with updated firewalls, malware protection, and regular system updates.

Password & Access Management:
Client credentials are stored only during the active engagement period using secure password manager software.
Passwords are never shared, stored in plain text, or retained beyond the engagement period.

Confidentiality & Compliance:
All information received is treated as strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering agreed services.
