Our proofreading services operate Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (local time). We understand that deadlines are important, and we strive to accommodate urgent requests whenever possible. However, please note that availability outside of regular hours may incur additional charges.Payment for proofreading services is typically due upon completion of the project. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. For larger projects or ongoing partnerships, we may require a deposit upfront.
