Work Terms

"Our standard hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. Services are available by appointment or remote support on weekends. Payment is accepted via bank transfer, credit card, or digital wallets. We require a 50% advance deposit for new projects, with the balance due upon completion. Communication is primarily via email and phone, with video conferencing available for detailed troubleshooting or consultations. We strive for prompt responses and flexible scheduling to minimize downtime for your business or personal needs. Emergency support is available at an additional cost upon request."
