Work Terms

I primarily work during South African Standard Time (SAST), Monday to Friday. I offer flexibility for international clients and can accommodate meeting times that overlap reasonably with your time zone. All meetings are scheduled in advance to ensure smooth coordination.

I respond to messages within 24 hours on business days. Communication can take place through Guru or scheduled virtual meetings. I maintain consistent communication throughout the project and keep clients updated on progress.

Each project begins with a clear scope, agreed deliverables, and timelines. I work collaboratively and adapt to your organisation’s needs while ensuring clarity on expectations. Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be discussed and quoted before proceeding.

All payments are processed through Guru SafePay for mutual security.
- Fixed‑price projects require an initial milestone deposit.
- Hourly projects are billed weekly based on agreed hours. Work begins once the first milestone is funded.

Deliverables include one round of revisions unless otherwise agreed. I aim for high‑quality, well‑considered outputs and welcome constructive feedback to ensure alignment with your goals.

All client information is treated as strictly confidential. I am comfortable signing NDAs where required. My work is grounded in professionalism, evidence‑based practice, and a human‑centred approach.

I regularly work with clients across different regions and time zones. While my core hours are SAST, I remain flexible for key meetings and ensure smooth communication regardless of location.
