Hours of Operation
At Essential Scripting, I dedicate focused time to craft content that informs, empowers, and connects. I am available Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (local time), with responses to messages within 24 hours. Project work is flexible within these hours, ensuring each piece receives the care and attention it deserves.
Payment Terms
To ensure clarity and commitment, Essential Scripting prefers fixed-price projects:
50% upfront deposit, 50% upon delivery/approval
Small projects under $100 USD can be 100% upfront
Includes up to 2 rounds of revisions to ensure your satisfaction
All payments are securely processed via Guru SafePay, protecting both you and the client.
Preferred Communication
Communication is central to creating work that truly serves. I use Guru messaging as the primary channel to track project updates. For more detailed discussions, we can schedule Zoom or WhatsApp calls at mutually convenient times. My commitment is to clear, timely, and professional communication so your vision is fully realized.
