Turning Environmental Commitments into Measurable Results

’m an Environmental Compliance and Policy Professional with over 20 years of experience helping organizations and communities meet environmental goals through practical, science-based solutions. My career began as a Chemical Engineer at PPG Industries chlor-alkali and derivatives operations in Lake Charles, Louisiana where I learned that environmental compliance isn’t just about regulations—it’s about integrity, safety, and the people affected by every decision we make.

After sharpening my technical and operational skills at Sunoco, In. Philadelphia refinery I pursued an LL.M. in Natural Resources Law and Policy at the University of Dundee to better bridge engineering with law and policy. That shift led me to the United Nations Environment Program ,me (UNEP) and the Global Environment Facility (GEF), where I spent a decade managing multi-country programs on chemicals and waste management, from developing national POPs regulations to training judicial and customs officers across more than a dozen African nations.

One experience that continues to inspire me occurred in Ethiopia, where our team cleared several abandoned pesticide warehouses filled with DDT and other obsolete chemicals. When the sites were finally secured, a local leader said to me "our children can now play again.” That moment captured the purpose of my work—translating technical and policy action into real protection for people and the environment.

Today, based in Atlanta, Georgia, I help U.S. industries and communities navigate Clean Air Act compliance, Title V permitting, GHG reporting and sustainability strategy. I believe in dependability, transparency and empowerment - ensuring that every project not only meets regulations but strengthens the foundation for a cleaner, safer and more sustainable future.

Payment Terms: Fixed price with milestone payments: Where the total project cost is predetermined. The project can be split into milestones, with payment released for each one as it's completed.
Hourly, Recurring and Task-based payments can also be agreed
