Business Communications Strategist

Founder of Open Solutions and co-founder of London Business Academy.

I am a communications strategist with over 20 years of experience in managing companies as well as delivering corporate and business training, designing and implementing communication strategies enhancing the effectiveness of organisations.

My entrepreneurial adventure started at the age of 17 when I set up my first business. Since then I have been supporting the growth of organisations via development of communication strategies or training, enhancing the effectiveness of individuals, teams, and entire organisations.

The communication strategy plans I have developed and executed for small and medium-size businesses as well as corporate clients set paths to improve internal communication efforts as well as external marketing executions. By reviewing communication processes, I generated ways to significantly enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the management processes, improved customer satisfaction, maximised staff retention, increased performance, and secured contracts with market-leading organisations.
For the last few years, I have been keen on capitalising on digital media and technologies that boost business growth.
