1. Project Scope: I deliver custom AI agents, chatbots, and agentic workflow solutions as outlined in the agreed proposal. Any additional features outside the original scope may require a separate agreement.
2. Communication: I provide regular updates via Guru.com messaging or agreed channels. Please respond promptly to queries to ensure smooth progress.
3. Revisions: Each project includes reasonable revisions to ensure satisfaction. Extensive changes beyond the original scope may be subject to additional fees.
4. Delivery Time: Delivery timelines will be specified in the proposal. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated in advance.
5. Payment: All payments are processed through Guru.com SafePay for security. Work begins after milestone payment is confirmed.
6. Confidentiality: I maintain strict confidentiality regarding your business data and project details.
7. Support & Maintenance: Post-delivery support for minor adjustments is included for a limited period, depending on the project. Extended support can be arranged separately.
