Confidence building in students, preparing them for Embassy Interviews and GDs and grooming persona of candidates through various management games and activities.
. Supervise & optimize performance of students & provide timely feedback.
. Excelling for improvement in their personality traits.
. Conduct personal counseling sessions with students, giving them chance to share their issues and problems so as to give them the right advice to help them overcome their issues.
. Plan and deliver training programs.
. Design training courses and programs necessary to groom students.
