I'm a proactive and responsible person that enjoys the challenges. I have been in different positions like Developer, Web Developer, DBA, Analyst, Web Publisher, Content Support and Application Analyst always giving the best of me. In the last years I have been focusing on Digital Marketing, working in Exact Target/ Salesforce Marketing cloud like Admin and Developer. Currently working with 3 instances, one with 2 Business Unit, other with 100 Business units and the last one with 3 business unit, this last with Salesforce CRM integration. Working like admin the common tasks are: like permissions, accounts, sender profiles, delivery locations, urls expirations and trainings for the team. Working like developer the common tasks are: Data managements (lists, groups, subscriptions, data extensions, relationships in contact Builder), Components development (Dynamic contents, emails, templates, responsive modules, triggered sends, amp Script coding), A/B Testing, production support (users cases, questions, best practices), create journeys and automations (Journey builder, automation Studio), reports, SMS messages (Mobile Studio).
