I find solutions
I have a degree in Landscape Architecture but I only work in IT, as a consultant.
I have a day job which I like a lot, but my passion is solving and helping to solve IT problems, complex ones, difficult integration ones, un-understandable ones, hidden ones, obvious ones.
Having a different background, I also feature a different approach, and, even though I'm all for ITIL and IT standards, I always look at the broader picture.
A vital piece of that picture is you, the client, but more than the client you are a person, currently facing a technological challenge for which you either don't have the time, the expertise or the patience to get it solved by yourself.
I do.
Work Terms
I'm available usually from 7pm to 11pm UTC but flexible to agree upon other schedules, weekends included.
I like to be straightforward and say what there is to be said, and I appreciate a direct approach.
If the project is really big, or long, I wish to have milestones defined and receive parcial payments.
