Work Terms
Scope of Work: As a full-stack and program developer, I will provide comprehensive development services tailored to meet your specific project requirements. This includes but is not limited to designing, coding, testing, and deploying software solutions.
Availability: I am available for work from Monday to Friday. The timing of work and meetings will be flexible and will be scheduled according to your local time zone to ensure convenient collaboration.
Communication: Communication will primarily take place via instant messaging platforms, Viber, Whatsapp or video conferencing as needed. I am committed to providing prompt responses to your inquiries and updates on project progress.
Project Management: I will manage the project independently, taking responsibility for setting goals, managing timelines, and ensuring the successful completion of deliverables. Regular updates on project status and milestones will be provided to keep you informed throughout the development process.
Payment Terms: Payment terms will be agreed upon before the start of the project and will be outlined in the contract. Payment may be structured on a milestone basis or as mutually agreed upon between both parties.
Intellectual Property: Upon receipt of full payment, the intellectual property rights for the developed software will be transferred to you, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
Confidentiality: Any sensitive information shared during the course of the project will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent.
