I have worked with several IT consultants on Guru and spoken to dozens-- Peter Alcock is by far the best. Unlike many other freelancers there are no language or communication problems and he does the work himself so is able to immediately understand the technical requirements. Peter is very quick and well-organized in his work and takes the initiative to improve things-- I very highly recommend him.
