The next day Peter had it up and running and by the end of the week he had it completely configured and working the way we wanted. We did not ask him to take it on, he just did. And it wasn't like he just put it together he really understood it, which to me was really amazing because prior to the meeting he had not worked with anything like this, he read up on it, figured it out, implemented it, and then on top of all that became the resident expert, if you had a question about it he had the answer.
