I have graduated the year 2000 the Architecture in Polytechnic of Milan and I am registered Architect of the Greek Technical Chamber. My 21 years professional experience covers the whole architectural spectrum in some of the best Architectural Offices in Athens and lately on my own personal Architectural studio. I started drawing construction details, continued to develop my particular talent in 3D visualization and specialized in complex calculations for license permits.
My continual information in the electronic design, contribute to the success of the above mentioned. Particularly I organize the way of my work, for being quick and accurate. I am independent licensed self-employed Architect and disposed to any kind of collaboration within the Architectural business and beyond. I am very hard worker and I always giving my best results in lowest prices possible.
Work Terms
My architectural studio is open 24/7. With a prepayment agreement, I begin some initial renderings at low resolution. Then we must communicate, via viber, messenger, email, skype ecc and apply all eventual changes. Next step is to get payed directly to my bank account or via paypal and deliver all renders to high resolution.
I compose the renderings, based on the information that you provide us and I interpret them primarily according to your instructions, but also with my perception as architect.
Minor corrections are allowed, but not changing the overall project from
the beginning. Please try to give me as complete information as possible.
Interior renderings are calculated based on the net area of all spaces
within the perimeter of the building.
Quotes for interior renderings are:
1-50m²=360$
51-150m²=720$
151-200m²=1450$
201-350m²=3000$
351-500m²=4200$
Exterior renderings are calculated with the total area
of the enclosed spaces. The surrounding area is added
with 50% of its area.
Quotes for exterior renderings are:
1-50m²=120$
51-150m²=240$
151-300m²=480$
301-600m²=960$
601-1000m²=1200$
